Purchase terms.

Each app has its own purchase terms. This page explains the shared purchasing and support arrangements behind RelayByte.

Who you are buying from

RelayByte is the brand Kyle Reddoch uses to publish software. Kyle Reddoch, operating in Texas, United States, is the legal operator and seller for direct purchases. RelayByte is not a separate legal entity. For shared purchase or support questions, email kyle@relaybyte.dev.

The terms for your app

Before buying, read the product’s description, purchase terms, privacy policy, and refund policy. Those pages describe the edition, license, supported devices, delivery method, and features included in your purchase. Product-specific terms govern those details if they differ from this general page.

For Trayage, read the Trayage purchase terms, privacy policy, and refund policy.

A purchase is for the product and edition identified when you order. It does not include other RelayByte apps or a license through a different store unless the product’s terms expressly say so. A roadmap or an app shown as in development is not a promise that it is available to buy.

Prices, trials, and licenses

Review the product, currency, total price, and any applicable tax at checkout before paying. Use an email address you can access so you can receive purchase records and any license-delivery messages.

Prices, trial periods, device limits, included updates, and upgrade terms are set separately for each product. No single price, license limit, trial length, or upgrade entitlement applies across RelayByte apps. Any recurring charge and its cancellation terms must be identified in that product’s offer before purchase.

Trayage’s direct offer is a one-time purchase, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Future major upgrades are optional purchases governed by the terms stated for that upgrade. See its purchase terms for the full offer.

Payment and delivery

Stripe hosts direct checkout and the billing portal. Product-specific terms explain how paid access is delivered and activated. For Trayage’s direct edition, Keylight delivers the license by email after successful payment and manages activation.

If a receipt, license, or activation is missing, contact kyle@relaybyte.dev with the app name, purchase email, and receipt reference if available. Do not send a full payment card number or complete license key.

Refunds and billing questions

Refund eligibility depends on the product, purchase type, and store used. The RelayByte refund policy directs you to the applicable product policy and explains how to request help. A trial period is separate from any paid-purchase refund window.

Purchases through Apple

Apple’s purchase terms and applicable app license govern purchases billed through the App Store. Apple handles billing and refund decisions; Kyle provides help with the app. A direct-purchase refund policy does not set Apple’s refund rules. Use Apple’s Report a Problem service for an Apple-billed refund request.

Privacy, your rights, and changes

The RelayByte privacy policy covers this website and shared direct-purchase and support records. Each app’s privacy policy explains its own data handling.

These terms and each product’s voluntary refund policy do not reduce rights or remedies that applicable law gives you and does not allow you to waive.

I may update this page for future purchases. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights or remove access included in an earlier purchase. The date above identifies the latest revision.
