Who is behind RelayByte

RelayByte is the brand I use to publish software and share my work. I’m Kyle Reddoch, the legal operator and seller for direct purchases, based in Texas, United States. RelayByte is not a separate legal entity.

Terms for each app

An app’s own terms or open-source license describe the rights to use that app. Its product website and purchase offer explain the edition, features, supported devices, delivery, updates, and any payment requirements. Read those details before buying or installing.

A purchase applies to the app and edition identified when you order. It does not include another RelayByte app or access through a different store unless the product’s offer expressly says so. An app being listed here, or a feature appearing on a roadmap, does not mean it is available to buy.

Direct payments and delivery

Where a product uses Stripe, checkout and any billing portal are hosted by Stripe. Review the app or support-payment purpose, currency, total, applicable tax, and any recurring-payment terms before paying. Use an email address you can access for receipts and delivery messages.

Prices, trials, device limits, included updates, and upgrade terms are specific to the app. There is no shared RelayByte license that automatically covers all products.

For paid apps, the product’s terms explain how access is delivered and activated. If a receipt, license, or activation is missing, contact support@relaybyte.dev with the app name, payment email, and receipt reference. Do not send full card details or a complete license key.

Optional support payments

A voluntary support payment is separate from an app purchase. Unless the checkout explicitly describes a product or entitlement, it does not buy a license, unlock features, or promise future work. Support is not a charitable donation. The provider and information shown before payment determine the payment arrangement; app-license refund terms do not automatically apply.

Store purchases and refunds

For purchases billed through a store, that store’s purchase rules and the applicable app license govern the transaction. Apple handles Apple-billed payments and refund decisions. A direct-purchase policy does not set Apple’s refund rules.

This website and its writing

RelayByte’s app listings, blog, and roadmap discussions describe my work and plans. Blog posts are dated accounts of that work; a post is not a purchase offer, guarantee of a future feature, or amendment to an existing license. Look at the current product page and checkout for the offer available to you.

Privacy, rights, and changes

The RelayByte privacy policy covers this website and shared payment and support records. Each app’s privacy policy explains its own data handling.

These terms do not reduce rights or remedies that applicable law gives you and does not allow you to waive. Updates to this page do not retroactively reduce rights or remove access included in an earlier purchase. The date above identifies the latest revision.
